End-2-End Support Master
Deep Analytics, a petit and successful startup developing a system for analysis and display of web information for decision makers, is looking for a Support master to take on the company’s Tier 1-4 Customer Support process. To be successful you must have:
- Substantial experience in Networking – 4 years minimum
- IT experience in Windows, VMWare ESX environments and firewalls
- Mastery of SQL Server – installation, maintenance and writing queries. Ability to compare DBs – a strong advantage
- Ability to travel frequently (once every two months on average)
- IIS configuration experience – a big advantage
